Delivery Head

Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Delivery Head/ Vice President – Solution Delivery to lead end-to-end delivery of established InsurTech platforms and enterprise-grade, services-heavy insurance solutions. This role is accountable for predictable, high-quality delivery across product development, client implementations, and deployments, while strengthening governance, scalability, and client confidence across an existing and growing delivery footprint.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in regulated-domain technology delivery, strong leadership across multi-team environments, and the ability to use AI to materially transform delivery practices—improving efficiency, predictability, governance, and execution at scale.What You’ll DoOwn and manage end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, programs, and client accountsLead delivery strategy for Indian and international clients, aligned with business objectives and SLAsDrive delivery stabilization and scale across a mature portfolio of long-running, services-led client engagementsEnsure high-quality, on-time, and cost-effective delivery outcomesAct as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, execution challenges, and client issuesLead client communication, delivery reviews, and governance forums at senior and executive levelsDefine, track, and continuously improve delivery KPIs, metrics, and reporting mechanismsOwn delivery inputs for RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and solution planningDrive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, predictability, and execution disciplineIdentify, adopt, and embed AI-driven approaches to transform delivery operations—including planning, estimation, risk detection, governance, reporting, and productivityLeverage AI tools and automation to improve delivery velocity, quality consistency, and cost efficiency—not just individual productivityLead and develop delivery leaders and teams to ensure consistent execution across projectsDrive strong cross-functional collaboration between engineering, QA, and other internal teamsWhat You Bring15-20 years of experience in IT or technology delivery5+ years in senior delivery leadership rolesStrong background in Insurance technology delivery (preferred)OR senior delivery leadership experience in other regulated domains such as Healthcare, Banking, NBFCs, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise platforms operating under regulatory or compliance constraintsProven experience managing mid-to-large delivery teams across multiple programs or accountsStrong stakeholder management and executive-level communication skillsExperience working in regulated, compliance-oriented environmentsHands-on experience with process-driven delivery models (Agile, Hybrid, CMMI L3+)Solid understanding of .NET, .NET Core, CI/CD pipelines, and modern delivery practicesWorking knowledge of cloud technologiesDemonstrated ability to adopt and scale AI tools (e.g., Claude and similar systems) to improve delivery governance, predictability, and operational effectivenessWhy This Role MattersThis role directly shapes how the organization delivers across India and global markets.
