Timings:US WORKING HOURS- 9:00AM to 6:00PM EST (New York/Toronto)November 1- March 14: 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST (Indian Time)March 15- November 1: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST (Indian Time)Role:Treespoon in need of an Amazon Advertising & Account Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, optimization and reporting of paid media campaigns of our brand portfolio. The ideal prospect will primarily manage our paid campaigns on Amazon Seller Central- US & Canada Marketplace and take care of the day to day management of our Amazon Accounts.This role combines a well-rounded understanding of Amazon Advertising Console as well as a strong understanding of our business goals to provide guidance on growth opportunities and ensure execution of specific strategies.Fabdreams- Certified Organic Cotton Bedding/fabdreamsorganic/fabdreamsEssential Functions:Build, drive and optimize successful marketing campaigns within Amazon Seller Central:Campaign Launches: keyword & ad text creation/expansion, tracking set-up and the ability to provide instructions & QA tracking for all tools and engines.Campaign Management: negative keyword strategy, daily optimization, Buy Box audits, keyword/ad text expansion, conflicting negativesBudget Management: manage daily budget tracking process to make sure monthly spending levels are on pace.Bid Management: implement bid rule strategy and optimization efforts at campaign, ad group, & keyword levels. Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/ bid optimizations.AB Testing: actively work to test keywords, ad copy, & landing pages, beta and 3rd party vendor tool testing.Optimize Amazon content and develop processes for effective launches supporting our product catalogueIdentify new marketing opportunities and ways to repurpose existing content at Amazon to optimize a consumer experience and sales volumeDaily use of reporting, analytics, and trend tools to optimize campaign performance and do keyword researchAccountability & ownership with limited supervision of Paid Search program, successes, and failures for each platform and account.Responsibilities:Precisely manage the paid media budget to spend and CPA goalsBuild strategic media plans/recommendations to achieve objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders across various specialties (digital/analytics, supply chain) to provide integrated solutionsResearch, rationalize and present recommendationsFacilitate timely and accurate campaign launches, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues with media vendorsTrack, analyze and report data on an ongoing basis and report daily/weekly/monthly to managementBe a subject matter expert on your owned channels. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, beta launches, and platform changesQualifications and Skills:5+ years’ experience in PPC, media planning and buying- Amazon Seller CentralIn depth understanding and knowhow of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon Advertising Platform is a mustAdvanced computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel (Macros, Pivot Tables etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.)Strong organizational and analytics skills, with impeccable attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot, accept a challenge and undergo training to broaden skillsAbility to multitask and manage various projects & deadlinesAbility to work independently, but also as a team playerStrong aptitude, with creative/innovative edgeExcellent Communication Skills and ability to write quality reports, emails and other communicationsKnowledge and understanding of the following would be an asset:Amazon Seller Central & Amazon Advertising PlatformWalmart AdsFacebook Business SuiteShopify Seller Portal and IntegrationsSearch Engine Optimization
