We provide AI and machine learning product and solutions across the globe, with a focus on developing applications using the latest advancements in applied AI.Position Overview:Scientist Technologies Inc. is looking for a full-time sales intern to work out of the Bangalore office.This role is a good opportunity for anyone starting their career. It brings a fusion of several things - you get the experience of learning how a start-up is built and how it does its initial sales. You will also learn how other functions like marketing, finance and technology team come together to win deals.Since the product and customers are global you will get exposure to global clientele and learn about doing business with UK/USA/GCC early in your career. Not only that, you also learn about Artificial Intelligence and innovation; which is an already fast moving field.Key responsibilities:Understand the market for our products and servicesIdentify prospects on Linkedin based on profiles discussed in the sales meetings. Outreach and build genuine connections. Follow prospects on Linkedin and learn about them and their business and network. Pitch product/services at the right time. Organise and attend events/set-up booths and greet customers (We attend events 3 to 4 times a year)Maintain sales funnel health and sufficient leads at each stage. Keep leads warm through technical and non-technical engagementConduct discovery calls with prospects and deeply understand the value that needs to be created for them. Pass the information to technical team with reasonable technology detailsMaintain cordial relationships with existing and old customers and identify opportunities for expansion. Also, ensure that billing and invoicing is running smoothly during project delivery.Qualifications/ Skills:BBA/MBA/BTech/BE 2022 or laterWe need 2 main skills - 1. People skills; 2. Ability to learn about a new business or industryPeople skillsGood written and verbal English communication skills.Storytelling with Presentation skillsAbility to break ice and network with people at industry events. Good presentability and likable personality.Ability to understand client's non-verbal communication - like body language, mood, tone etc.Building relationships by helping customers and prospectsLearn new business or industryUnderstanding RoI for customers and learn quickly about new sectors, industries and processesBasic understanding of technology including terms like API, UI, Back-end, DB etc. when talking to internal technical team
