Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, build and nurture client relationships, and represent Jenika Ventures in promoting its projects. Responsibilities include managing the sales process, analyzing customer needs, preparing presentations, delivering client consultations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. Collaboration with developers and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery will also be part of the role. Qualifications Proven skills in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Account ManagementExpertise in Market Analysis, Negotiation, and Driving Revenue GrowthAbility to manage Lead Generation, Project Presentations, and Consultative SellingKnowledge of Real Estate Consulting, Project Offerings, and Investment ProposalsStrong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skillsProficiency with CRM tools and standard sales-related softwareBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)Previous experience in real estate sales or consulting is highly desirableAbility to work on-site and handle multiple projects with adherence to deadlines
