As we continue to expand our footprint in the high-end residential segment, we are looking for a dynamic leader to head our Sales, Marketing & Communication function.Role: Head of Sales, Marketing & CommunicationLocation: GurgaonIndustry: Luxury Architecture, Interiors & Design-BuildKey Responsibilities• Drive revenue growth and maintain a strong premium opportunity pipeline• Develop strategic partnerships with developers, brokers, and HNI networks• Strengthen brand positioning and inbound opportunities through digital and offline channels• Lead sales strategy, client engagement, and conversion processes• Establish structured client communication frameworks across projects• Oversee marketing performance, brand messaging, and storytelling across platformsWhat We Are Looking For• Strong experience in luxury architecture, interiors, or premium services• Ability to build and convert a high-value pipeline• Strategic thinking with strong communication and leadership skills• Experience managing both sales and brand positioning
