You’ll support outbound sales, creator outreach, and CRM so we can hit growth targets and bring more creators onto our platform.What you’ll do:Outreach & lead generation — Proactively reach out to potential creators and partners (email, LinkedIn, DMs).Sales support — Help move leads through the funnel: follow-ups, demos scheduling, and basic objection handling.Customer success — Onboard new creators, answer questions, and keep them engaged so they stay and grow.Market research — Identify trends, competitor moves, and new creator segments to prioritise.Team collaboration — Share learnings, join training sessions, and contribute to improving our sales playbooks and processes.QualificationsCommunication — Clear, professional, and persuasive in writing and on calls; comfortable talking to strangers.Sales mindset — Interested in hitting targets, closing deals, and learning sales basics (pipeline, follow-up, objection handling).Customer focus — You like helping people and solving their problems, not just pushing product.Self-driven — You can work remotely, manage your own tasks, and stay accountable without constant oversight.Collaborative — You share updates, ask for feedback, and contribute to team training and improvement.Tech comfort — You’re fine using CRM, spreadsheets, and remote tools (e.g. Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace).Nice to have: Prior experience in sales, outreach, or creator/influencer space (even informal).Stipend:Stipend: Tied to targets achieved — the more you sell/support, the more you earn.~10,000 rs per 100 creators onboardingPotential of earning more than 1 lakh
