Role Objective:Hiring Senior Sales Manager to drive sales of AI-driven digitized cafeteria & smart food court solutions for premium universities operating 24x7x365 campuses. It comes with lucrative performance incentives and excellent growth opportunities/" in minimum spaceKey Responsibilities:Acquire universities & large multi-campus institutions.Sell digitized cafeteria / managed food court solutions.Close high-value, long-term institutional contracts.Meet Vice Chancellors, Trustees, Admin & Facility Heads.Engage senior stakeholders including CXOs, HR, Admin, Procurement, and Facility Heads to pitch customized, tech-enabled workplace dining ecosystems.Drive PAN India expansion in education segment.Drive the complete enterprise sales lifecycle—from prospecting and solution presentation to commercial negotiations and contract closure.Formulate strategic acquisition plans to penetrate corporate, industrial, and education segments.Conduct site assessments, requirement analysis, proposal development, and pricing discussions for large-ticket institutional projects.Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations while building strong, long-term client relationships.Desired Competencies:5–10 years relevant B2B sales experienceMust have sold corporate cafeteria / food services to education sectorStrong connects with Admin / Facility / Procurement headsExperience in large ticket-size closuresPAN India travel readinessStrong expertise in B2B and institutional sales.Experience in hospitality, food services, facility management, or allied industries preferred.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to handle large-ticket corporate deals and long sales cycles.Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.Candidate Profile:Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management, Hospitality, Commerce, or related discipline.Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate/institutional sales with exposure to large enterprises.Existing network within MNCs or industrial sectors will be an advantage.Experience in start-up or high-growth environments preferred.WhatsApp 9971022627
