Job Title: Account Manager( Events)Location: GurugramDepartment: Client Servicing / Brand SolutionsReporting To: Business Director / Account DirectorRole SummaryThe Account Manager (AM) at Trzy will lead a portfolio of key brand accounts across experiential marketing, events, and integrated brand solutions. This role is responsible for senior client relationships, account growth, team leadership, and end-to-end delivery excellence, ensuring projects are executed to Trzy’s creative and operational standards while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Leadership & Relationship ManagementOwn and manage a group of high-value brand accounts across events, activations, and integrated campaignsAct as the senior escalation point for clients and internal teamsBuild long-term, trusted relationships with marketing heads, brand managers, and senior stakeholdersLead client presentations, strategy discussions, and post-event reviewsEnsure high client satisfaction and repeat businessTeam & Account LeadershipLead, mentor, and manage Account Managers and Client Servicing ManagersGuide teams on client communication, planning, and execution excellenceEnsure clear delegation, workload planning, and accountabilityConduct regular performance reviews and support team developmentStrategic Planning & ExecutionTranslate client objectives into strong experiential and event solutionsOversee planning, production coordination, and execution across multiple live and hybrid projectsWork closely with creative, production, operations, and vendor partnersAnticipate challenges and proactively manage risks on large-scale projectsEnsure timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are met consistentlyCommercial & Financial ManagementOwn account profitability and revenue targets for assigned account groupsManage budgets, cost estimates, scope of work, and billingControl scope creep and manage change requests effectivelyForecast revenues and ensure timely invoicing and collectionsBusiness Growth & New OpportunitiesIdentify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clientsSupport new business pitches, proposals, and credential presentationsContribute to building Trzy’s reputation as a strategic brand partnerSkills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of events, experiential marketing, and brand activationsExcellent client-facing, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven people-management and leadership capabilityStrong project management and problem-solving skillsCommercial mindset with budget and P&L awarenessAbility to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentsQualifications & Experience6–10 years of experience in client servicing / account managementMinimum 2–3 years in a leadership or team-management roleExperience with event agencies, experiential marketing, or integrated marketing agencies preferredBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related fieldBased in Mumbai or willing to work from Mumbai
