The CRM Operations Executive will be responsible for scheduling and executing CRM campaigns across Push Notifications, Email, and WhatsApp, ensuring all communications are launched accurately and on time, while managing the overall campaign execution process.Roles & ResponsibilitiesSchedule and launch CRM campaigns across PNs, Emails, and WhatsAppEnsure campaigns are executed accurately with correct targeting, content, and linksMaintain and manage the CRM execution calendar and campaign scheduling timelinesCoordinate with CRM, onsite, design, and technical teams to collect required inputsPerform pre-launch QA checks (copy, segmentation, formatting, tracking, timing)Monitor campaign execution and confirm successful deploymentMaintain documentation and execution checklists to ensure smooth operationsWhat you'll need?0–2 years of experience in CRM operations, marketing operations, or campaign execution (fresh graduates with strong organization skills are welcome to apply)Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple campaigns in parallelStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Braze, SFMC, Adobe, CleverTap, Iterable) is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentWho will excel?We’re looking for people with high standards, who understand that hard work matters.You need to be relentlessly resourceful and operate with a deep bias for action.
