They work with a mix of HNI clients, SMEs, and international businesses setting up operations in the UAE.Role OverviewThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the entire sales cycle -from the first conversation to closing the deal. The role involves working with both new and pre-qualified leads, understanding their needs, presenting relevant service offerings, and ensuring a smooth handover to the solutions and delivery teams.Key Responsibilities• Handle incoming leads (new and pre-qualified) and convert them into successful closures.• Engage with HNI clients exploring company setup, tax, and compliance services in Dubai.• Understand client requirements and recommend the right service packages.• Collaborate with the solutions team, marketing ops, and leadership for proposals and conversions.• Maintain accurate pipeline information on Salesforce or Zoho CRM.• Consistently meet monthly revenue and closure targets.• Build professional relationships across UK, India, and Germany markets.• Stay familiar with UAE business setup processes to guide clients effectively.Requirements• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in BFSI or financial consulting.• Strong communication skills and comfort dealing with HNI clients and stakeholders.• Proven deal-closing capability and ownership of the sales journey.• Experience with Salesforce or Zoho CRM.• Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.• Ability to work onsite in Gurugram, 6 days a week.Why This Role?• Work closely with global markets and HNI clientele.• High-growth environment with clear incentives for performance.• Opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding UAE-focused business services company.
