About the roleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HNI Sales Executive with a proven success in selling International Luxury Holiday packages within the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development efforts, exceeding sales targets, and delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.Roles and Responsibilities:Understand HNI client preferences, needs, and budgets to tailor personalized holiday packages that exceed expectationsPossess extensive knowledge of destinations (short and long-haul), DMCs, and products. Stay updated on the latest travel trendsAchieve high conversion rates from quotes to sales by fostering strong client relationships through various communication channels, including in-person meetings if necessaryMaintain a comprehensive database of queries and statuses. Provide regular daily, weekly, and monthly reportsRequirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales of International Holiday packagesExcellent business development and client acquisition skillsExceptional negotiation and closing skillsProficiency in maintaining databases and preparing reportsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with HNI clients
