Job Description:

Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager – Pre-Sales Core Responsibilities: - Solution Consulting & Customer Engagement • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and design tailored solutions. • Deliver compelling product and technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concepts. • Build strong relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and OEMs. • Actively communicate and engage with customers for new and ongoing business opportunities. Bid & Proposal Management • Study and analyse RFQs/RFIs/RFPs, prepare documentation, and support the bidding team through all bid stages. • Lead responses for mobility, consumer electronics, and IT computing deals. • Prepare solution architectures, costings, and commercial justifications in coordination with product and sales teams. • Ensure proposals are aligned with business objectives, pricing policies, and profitability goals. Market Research, Product Expertise & Enablement • Collect and analyse market data to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities. • Stay updated with the latest smartphones, tablets, consumer electronics, and IT product innovations. • Research products and develop competitive analyses to differentiate solutions. • Train and enable sales teams on product features, technical differentiators, and value propositions. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration • Work closely with OEM partners, distributors, and internal delivery/product teams to validate solutions and co-develop go-to-market strategies. • Collaborate daily with Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth presales and business processes. Presales Operations & Governance • Create and maintain accurate presales documentation, presentations, and solution catalogues. • Track presales activities, pipeline opportunities, and provide visibility to leadership. • Support in contract negotiations by offering technical and solution clarity. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, BCA+MCA , B.Arch+ M.Plan or MURP or Urban Planning or any other related field. • Preferred: Master’s degree in management or any of the above fields. • IT / ITES / IT Infrastructure / FMCG (Consumer Electronics), Electrical equipment, Commercial, Digital electronics, Hardware technology. • Required 2 – 5 years of relevant experience. • Strong business communication- written and spoken, preparing presentation, and analysis. • Strong problem-solving skills and sense of ownership mentality Job Function: • Business Development • Pre-Sales Industry: • Government and enterprise sales • Information and Communication Technology (ICT), Information Technology (IT), and IT Enabled Services (ITES) Salary and benefits: As per Industry standards Location: Gurugram (Haryana).
