You will ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time — driving sell-through, maximizing productivity, and elevating the customer journey.This is a high-ownership, individual contributor role for someone who thrives on numbers, understands fashion sensibilities, and wants to make a visible impact on business performance.What You Will OwnDrive Store ProductivityAnalyze store-wise, category-wise, and SKU-wise sales performance.Improve key metrics such as Sell-Through %, SPPD, Stock Turn, and ASP.Identify opportunities to unlock growth in assigned stores.Master Inventory ExcellenceEnsure optimal stock depth and size-set availability.Proactively manage slow-moving and ageing inventory.Execute intelligent stock rebalancing across stores.Power Launch SuccessSupport allocation planning for new season launches.Track launch performance and take timely corrective actions.Ensure strong in-store availability for key collections (Kurtas, Suits, Occasion Wear, Mix & Match).Be the Bridge Between TeamsCollaborate closely with Buying, Supply Chain, and Retail Operations.Capture market feedback and translate it into actionable insights.Ensure seamless execution of promotions and markdown strategies.What Makes You a Great Fit10-12 years of experience in Retail Merchandising (Fashion/Ethnic preferred).Strong analytical and commercial mindset.High proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.Why This Role is ExcitingYou will directly influence store performance and revenue growth.You will work with one of India’s most recognized ethnic fashion brands.You will gain deep exposure to retail strategy, assortment planning, and commercial decision-making.You will operate in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with strong growth opportunities.Important NoteWe are currently looking for only immediate joiners.
