This role will be responsible for creating immersive, high-end visual experiences across stores and studios, ensuring brand consistency, storytelling, and commercial impact.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the overall visual merchandising strategy aligned with luxury brand standardsTranslate brand vision, collections, and design concepts into compelling in-store experiencesLead store layouts, zoning, window displays, and seasonal VM campaignsCollaborate with buying, design, marketing, and retail teams for cohesive storytellingManage VM budgets, timelines, and vendor coordinationDrive VM guidelines, manuals, and training for store teamsOversee VM execution for new store launches and refurbishmentsAnalyze store performance and customer behavior to optimize visual impactCandidate Profile10–15+ years of experience in visual merchandising for luxury home décor / furniture / lifestyle brandsStrong understanding of luxury aesthetics, materials, and spatial storytellingExperience with high-end residential or experiential retail environmentsProven leadership in managing VM teams and agenciesExcellent creative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
