F&B Pricing and ContractsLocation: GurugramJob PurposeMonitor and execute operational tasks for procurement requirements from the F&B service providerManage with assigned F&B service provider accounts for daily operations.Establish strong inter departmental relationship with Procurement & Supply Chain (P&SC) and provides time bound execution of tenders.Assist Sr. Manager to define F&B specifications like menu grids, meal ratios & service requirements to enable P&SC to offer best in class procurement to F&B services.Role Requirements3-year diploma in Hotel Management/ Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/Statistics/Commerce, Operations Management, or any related field4 to 6 years of experience as a financial analyst with F&B background in aviation, hotels involved in Contractual negotiations.Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and dashboards is required.Sound working knowledge of business intelligence, software and dashboards is requiredKnowledge of culinary operations and commercialsEquipped with various analytical skills
