Leasing Manager- F&B

The Leasing Manager – Business Development will play a key role in expanding restaurant, café, and QSR brands by identifying and securing strategic commercial locations. This role focuses on location mapping, landlord negotiations, and building strong partnerships with mall developers, property owners, and real estate consultants to support brand expansion. The position contributes directly to CYK Hospitalities’ mission of enabling successful F&B brands through strategic site selection and leasing expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure high-potential locations for restaurant, café, and QSR clients across malls, high streets, metro stations, and commercial hubs.Conduct location mapping, market research, and competitor analysis to determine optimal sites for F&B brands.Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, mall leasing teams, brokers, and landlords.Lead commercial negotiations, finalize lease terms, and coordinate legal documentation for leasing agreements.Work closely with internal teams including operations, design, finance, and brand consulting to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain a pipeline of leasing opportunities and provide periodic reports on expansion progress and market insights.Represent the company at industry networking events, property showcases, and developer meetings to generate new partnerships.Required Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Hospitality Management, or a related field.1–5 years of experience in leasing, retail expansion, or business development within F&B, hospitality, or retail sectors.Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and networking skills.Ability to analyze commercial viability, footfall potential, and target audience demographics for location selection.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MS Office and business presentation tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with restaurant chains, hospitality brands, or retail leasing consultancies.Existing network with mall developers, commercial property consultants, and retail landlords.Understanding of commercial lease agreements and real estate documentation.Company Culture AlignmentAt CYK Hospitalities, we foster a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and innovation-driven environment.
