The Governance, Risk & Compliance Services (GRCS) practice supports clients in navigating complex business environments by offering tailored solutions across governance, risk management, and compliance domains.About the RoleWe are looking for both technical professionals and internal audit specialists with strong exposure to the Real Estate, Construction, and Infrastructure sectors.This role is suited for candidates with backgrounds such as Civil Engineering, MBA in Construction Management, or Chartered Accountancy, and hands-on experience in site engineering, site audits, budgeting, and end-to-end project lifecycle management.As a Senior, you will be a key contributor in delivering process consulting, internal audits, and risk advisory engagements. You may also lead smaller project teams (1–3 members) and review deliverables to ensure quality standards are met.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with client teams to understand project requirements and ensure successful engagement delivery.Lead and execute assignments related to process consulting, internal audit, and risk advisory.Deliver high-quality client service while owning assigned project modules.Monitor engagement progress, identify risks, and keep stakeholders updated on timelines and outcomes.Apply strong technical, domain, and industry knowledge relevant to construction and infrastructure sectors.Stay updated on industry developments, best practices, and emerging risk areas.Lead and review the work of junior team members, ensuring accuracy and alignment with engagement goals.Travel to client sites within India (and internationally when required).Required QualificationsCandidates must meet one of the following criteria:Civil Engineers, MBAs in Construction Management, or Chartered Accountants (CA)Experience:0–2 years for CAs and MBAs2–4 years for graduates with relevant internal audit, risk consulting, operations, or compliance experienceAdditional Advantage:Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, or other risk/controls-related credentials.Desired Skills & Industry ExposureStrong domain understanding in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure sectors.Hands-on experience in:Site engineering and site operationsSite audits and compliance reviewsProject budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial controlEnd-to-end project lifecycle processes (planning to execution)Ability to identify process gaps, operational risks, and control improvement opportunities.Experience in internal audit, process reviews, or risk consulting.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to challenging client conditions.Demonstrate high integrity, professional values, and collaborative working style.Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package aligned with industry standards.
