This role is primarily field-oriented and involves managing property inventory, mapping real estate assets, coordinating site information, and supporting the advisory team with accurate, up-to-date property data.The ideal candidate is comfortable with on-ground work, daily travel, basic computer usage, and maintaining a professional appearance while interacting with property owners, brokers, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain an updated inventory of properties across assigned areasConduct on-ground property mapping and location verificationCollect, verify, and update property details including size, layout, pricing, availability, and documentation statusCoordinate with property owners, brokers, and internal teams for accurate information flowMaintain inventory records, reports, and trackers using basic computer toolsAssist the advisory team with site information, photographs, and property insightsEnsure timely updates of inventory changes and availabilityRepresent the company professionally during site visits and field interactionsRequired Skills & QualificationsBasic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, email, and simple data entry)Comfortable with fieldwork, property visits, and on-ground coordinationGood communication skills and professional demeanorPresentable, well-groomed, and confident in external interactionsMust have own conveyance.
