This role is critical to client communication and sales coordination and requires excellent spoken and written English, strong follow-up discipline, and a high level of professionalism.The position involves managing client interactions, coordinating site visits, supporting the sales team, and ensuring a smooth and well-organized client experience across all touchpoints.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound client communication via calls and written correspondence.Clearly and professionally explain real estate offerings and respond to client queries.Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on site visits and meetings.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, call logs, and follow-ups using CRM systems.Coordinate closely with the sales team to support lead generation and deal progressionAssist in prospecting and nurturing potential clientsEnsure timely follow-ups and consistent, high-quality communicationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales activitiesUphold a high standard of professionalism, etiquette, and client experience.Required Skills & QualificationsExceptional command of English (both verbal and written) – mandatoryPrior experience in tele-calling, client coordination, or lead generationStrong interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skillsProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Basic understanding of real estate, property advisory, or asset management is preferredTarget-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentWillingness to commute and work full-time from the Gurugram office is mandatoryBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWhat We ValueClear, confident, and empathetic communicationStrong follow-up discipline and attention to detailA client-first mindset and professional demeanorReliability, ownership, and teamworkComfort with handling high-quality, relationship-driven conversationsFor more information : https:
