You will play a key role in shaping leasing strategy and market presence.What you will do Drive leasing for commercial and managed office portfolio Engage with corporate clients, IPCs, domestic consultants, and channel partners Build a strong leasing pipeline through direct outreach and broker relationships Lead client discussions, negotiations, and closures end-to-end Work closely with internal teams on commercials, documentation, and handovers Track market trends, rentals, deal structures, and competitor activity Represent SKV confidently in the market as a premium managed office brandWho will thrive in this role You have 5–8 years of experience in commercial leasing in the Gurgaon Market.You’ve worked with:o Commercial developers (DLF, Brookfield, Emaar, M3M, AIPL, Max, Bharti, etc.)o IPCs / domestic firms (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Savills, Colliers, Knight Frank,AltRE, etc.)o OR co-working / managed office players (Awfis, Smartworks, TableSpace, Skootr, Simpliworks,TEC, 91Springboard, RedBricks, etc.) You are comfortable dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers You understand leasing commercials, LOIs, negotiations, and closures You enjoy working in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
