The ideal candidate should have strong client-handling skills, good market knowledge, and the ability to close high-value transactions efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Handle client inquiries and provide professional property consultations.Assist clients in buying and selling builder floors across Gurgaon.Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations with clients.Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and developers.Stay updated with Gurgaon’s real estate trends, market pricing, and upcoming developments.Work towards monthly sales targets and ensure smooth transaction closures.Manage follow-ups, documentation support, and client onboarding.Requirements:2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales, specifically builder floors in Gurgaon.Strong knowledge of Gurgaon sectors, locations, and property trends.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable conducting multiple site visits.Own vehicle preferred.How to Apply:
