Job Title: Manager – Marketing Communications (Marcom)CTC - 6-8 LPACompany: QuickClean Laundry System Location: GurgaonReporting to: Chief Growth Officer Role OverviewQuickClean is looking for a dynamic and execution-driven Manager – Marketing Communications (Marcom) to lead the company’s marketing communication, brand narrative, and digital presence. As QuickClean continues to scale its business and strengthen its market positioning, this role will play a critical part in shaping how the brand communicates with key stakeholders — clients, partners, industry, and tlent. The role will own end-to-end marketing communication across content, brand, website, and campaigns, ensuring consistent storytelling, strong brand recall, and measurable business mpact. Key Responsbilities • Own and drive QuickClean’s brand voice, positioning, and overall communicatio strategy • Develop high-quality marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, case studies, impact reports, sales decks, and corporate comunication • Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all communication andtouchpoints • Translate business strategy into clear, compelling, and impactul messaging • Drive content strategy and storytelling across LinkedIn, website, industry platforms, PR, ad newsletters • Build a strong narrative around sustainability, innovation, and QuickClean’s impact (including ReWeave and circulariy initiatives) • Manage content calendar and coordinate with interal stakeholders • Support employer branding and leadrship visibility • Own QuickClean’s website strategy, structur, and performance • Manage website updates, SEO, UX improvements, nd content refresh • Coordinate with developers and agencies for enhancemets and integrations • Ensure the website reflects services, brand strength, crdibility, and impact • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns aligned wih business priorities • Create communication for launches, partnerships, expansin, and key initiatives • Support sales and business teams with high-impct communication assets • Track campaign effectiveness and continously optimize messaging • Work closely with Founder’s Office, Strategy, Sales and Sustainability teams • Manage external partners (design, web, content PR, and digital agencies) • Ensure quality, consistency, and timely execution acrossall marketing communicatio Key Skills & Capabilities The ideal candidate should be a full-stack Marcom professional who understands both communication strateg and modern digital execuion. Marketing & Communication • Strong expertise in brand communicaion, messaging, and storytelling • Ability to create high-quality marketing content — brochures, case studies, presentations, blgs, PR, reports, and social media • Strong command ovr written and visual commuication Digital Marketing & Growth • Strong understanding of the digitalmarketing ecosystem (organic + paid) • Hands-on knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and tchnical SEO) and content optimization • Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Consol, keyword strategy, and traffic growth • Familiarity with performance marketing, funnl thinking, and conversion optimization • Experience with email marketing, CRM-drive communication, and markting automation Content Creation & Media• Working knowledge of video editing and isual storytelling (basic to intermediate) • Ability to conceptualize and create short-formand long-form content for digital platforms • Understanding of creative direcion, brand visuals, and communicaion design Website & Technical Understanding • Experience managing website content, structure and updates (CMS such as WordPress / Webflow)• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and website evelopment workflows (preferred, not mandatory) • Understanding of UX, lnding page optimization, and website prformance Tools & Platforms (Preferred Exposure) • SEO/ Research: SEMrush, Ahrefs, GoogleSearch Console • Analytics: Google Analytic (GA4) • Design: Canva, Adobe (basic understaning) • Video: Premiere Pro / CapCut o similar tools • CMS: WordPress / Web flow or similar • Marketing Automation / CRM:HubSpot / Zoho or similar Behavioral & Execution Sills • Strong ownership mindset and execution capbility • Structured thinking and problem-solving approach • Abilty to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively • Comort working in a fast-paced, high-growthstartup environmet • Strong attention to detail and quality Key Requirements • 4–8 years of experience n Marketing Communications / Brand / Content / Digital Marketing • Strong expertise inbrand storytelling, content strategy, and corporate communication • Hands-on exprience managing websites, digital assets, and marketing collateral •Ability to translate business strategy into impactful communiation • Strong execution, project management, and wnership mindset • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience in B2B / susa
