Content Production Specialist (Video + Direction)We are looking for a highly creative Content Production Specialist who can transform anormal room into a premium-looking content studio and help us produce high-qualityvideo content for social media, ads and long form video.Key Responsibilities-Content Direction & Prompting● Guide speakers with clear prompts, tone, and expressions while recording.● Help presenters deliver content with the right energy, emotion, and clarity.● Suggest hooks, pauses, and delivery improvements during recording.● Ensure content looks natural, engaging, and authority-driven.Camera Handling & Setup● Handle professional camera equipment (DSLR / Mirrorless / iPhone rigs).● Set up proper framing, angles, and composition for different content styles:○ Talking head○ Long form video○ Ad creatives○ Reels / ShortsOP (Director of Photography)● Decide shot composition, camera movement, and frame aesthetics.● Maintain consistent visual quality across all content.● Ensure videos look professional, cinematic, and premium.Lighting & Studio Setup● Set up lighting to create a premium studio feel even in a normal room.● Work with:○ Softboxes○ Key lights○ Fill lights○ Backlights● Create clean and professional lighting for face and background.Studio Environment Creation● Convert simple rooms into high-quality content environments.● Set up background aesthetics, framing, props, and composition.● Maintain consistent visual brand identity in all recordings.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who:✔ Understands content production for social media✔ Knows camera framing and cinematic composition✔ Can guide speakers during recording✔ Has strong lighting setup skills✔ Understands how to make content look premium even in simple spaces✔ Has experience in reels, ads, and educational video productionSkills Required● Camera handling (Sony / Canon / DSLR / iPhone rigs)● Lighting setup● Frame composition● Content direction● Basic audio setup● Understanding of short-form content (Reels / Ads / YouTube)Bonus Skills (Preferred)● Experience shooting ads or creator content● Understanding of viral content formats● Experience with multi-camera setup● Basic editing knowledgeWho Should Apply● Videographers● Content creators● Cinematographers● DOPs● YouTube production specialistsCheck our brands - Level up for women Level up for menBanana health Unhooked
