We work with fast-growing brands and are building tools that directly impact local business growth.Role OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the Topmap web application. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and support teams to identify issues early and help ship high-quality features.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand product requirements and create detailed test cases and test scenariosPerform manual testing for web applications (functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing)Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking toolsValidate fixes and ensure smooth releasesCollaborate closely with developers and product teams to improve product qualityTest APIs and integrations where requiredEnsure cross-browser and cross-device compatibilityContribute to improving QA processes and best practicesRequirements2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst or Software TesterStrong understanding of manual testing concepts and methodologiesExperience testing web-based applicationsFamiliarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Linear, or similar)Basic understanding of APIs and tools like Postman is a plusGood analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently in a remote environmentGood to HaveExperience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress – optional)Knowledge of SQL or basic database testingExperience working in startups or SaaS productsWhat We OfferFully remote role (work from anywhere in India)Opportunity to work on a fast-growing SaaS productHigh ownership and impact on product qualityCollaborative and flexible work cultureCompetitive compensation based on experience
