Network Analyst / Network Operations EngineerLocation: Gurgaon, India (Onsite only)Employment Type: Contract (1 year, extension possible)We are supporting a global enterprise organization in hiring a Network Analyst / Network Operations Engineer to join their onsite IT infrastructure team in Gurgaon.Key Responsibilities:Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve internal IP network issues across enterprise environmentsProvide Level II network support in collaboration with systems and user support teamsSupport network projects, upgrades, and new installationsAssist with planning, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, including:Network hardware and softwareCabling and physical infrastructureMonitor routers, switches, and security devices using internal and external monitoring toolsSupport and maintain network security infrastructure, including firewallsCoordinate and assist with repair of network and telecommunications equipmentCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation and operational proceduresWork with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support business requirementsParticipate in a 24x7 rotational on-call schedule as requiredRequired Skills & Experience:Minimum 2+ years of experience in a network analyst, network engineer, or network operations roleHands-on experience with network security and firewall technologiesPalo Alto experience preferred; other firewall platforms acceptableStrong understanding of enterprise networking concepts:WAN, LAN, WLANIP networking and troubleshootingExperience working with routers, switches, and network monitoring toolsAbility to work independently with minimal direct supervisionStrong documentation and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)Experience supporting production enterprise networks in a corporate environmentFamiliarity with VoIP fundamentals and protocolsExperience working in vendor-supported or global IT environmentsWhy Consider This Role:Exposure to enterprise-scale, global network environmentsHands-on responsibility with real production infrastructureOpportunity for contract extension based on performance and business needsCollaborative onsite team environmentIf you’re a network professional with solid troubleshooting skills and hands-on firewall experience looking for an onsite role in Gurgaon, this is a strong opportunity to explore.
