This is a hands-on role ideal for someone early in their HR career who wants exposure to building teams in a fast-growing startup environment.You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to help attract great talent and ensure smooth employee lifecycle managementKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & HiringManage job postings across hiring platformsScreen resumes and shortlist candidatesCoordinate interviews with hiring managersConduct initial HR screening callsManage candidate communication and follow-upsOnboarding & Employee LifecycleCoordinate offer letters and onboarding documentationEnsure smooth onboarding for new employeesMaintain employee records and HR documentationTrack employee attendance, leave, and probation timelinesHR OperationsClosure of monthly payroll and coordination of related activitiesMaintain HR policies and employee documentationSupport compliance with basic labor laws and company policiesCulture & EngagementHelp organize team engagement initiativesSupport performance review processesAssist in building a positive workplace cultureQualifications2–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operationsStrong communication and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneouslyComfortable working with Zoho Payroll and related softwaresComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environmentBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
