Job Title: Executive - Human ResourcesLocation: Sector 14, GurugramExperience: 1 - 2 YearWorking Days: 5.5Graduate: Any GraduatePosition Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to support employees and stakeholders smoothly.Responsibilities:● Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle all HR operations related to onboarding, confirmation, role changes, transfers, exits, and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.● HR Documentation & Records: Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, HR policies, and maintain accurate employee data in HRMS and records.● Payroll, Attendance & Compliance Support: Coordinate attendance, leave, and payroll inputs and assist in statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, and other regulatory requirements.● Employee Support & Communication: Act as the first point of contact for employees for HR related queries including policies, payroll, leaves, and documentation.● Reporting, Audits & Engagement: Support HR reporting, audits, background verification, and assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities.Requirements:○ 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration with a relevant degree○ Knowledge of HR processes, payroll coordination, compliance, HRMS, and MS Excel○ Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities○ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential HR work independentlyAbout HexaHealth:At HexaHealth, we are building a platform that will help users choose the right hospital/surgeon for their surgical procedure.
