Onboarding SupportEnsure collection and filing of required documentation.Coordinate onboarding essentials such as ID card issuance,2. HR AdministrationMaintain and update employee records in the HR database under guidance.Help prepare HR letters such as offer letters, internship letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.Support the HR team in maintaining employee files and documentation.3. Employee EngagementAssist in planning and executing engagement activities, celebrations, and events.Help prepare activity reports and collect employee feedback.Help collect feedback and prepare engagement reports.4. HR Reporting & DashboardsSupport in creating and updating HR trackers and basic dashboardsAssist in generating simple reports and summaries for internal HR use.5. General HR SupportProvide administrative support to the HR team in daily HR operations.Assist in ad‑hoc tasks or projects assigned by the HR Operations team.Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Attention to detail and willingness to learn.Time management and organizational abilities.Educational QualificationCurrently pursuing or recently completed a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Internship DetailsDuration: 6 monthsType: Full-time internship (on-site)Stipend: As per company normsLocation: Gurugram, Haryana, India
