As a key member of the Regional Student Recruitment Team, the postholder will support the planning, implementation, and delivery of recruitment and conversion activities to achieve enrolment targets for the South Asia region.The role requires regular and extensive travel, along with flexibility to work during evenings and weekends as needed. The Recruitment Manager will report to the Regional Director – South Asia.Key Responsibilities·      Contribute proactively to the achievement of international recruitment targets for India.·      Represent the University at recruitment exhibitions, agent events, interviews, and other promotional activities, ensuring cost‑effective engagement and strong return on investment.·      Provide specialist recruitment support to academic Faculties and represent their interests in‑market.·      Develop, implement, and monitor market‑specific recruitment strategies and action plans.·      Lead conversion activities by following up with prospective students, tracking leads, and ensuring an excellent applicant experience.·      Support international digital and social media campaigns to enhance recruitment outcomes.·      Develop presentations, market‑specific materials, and marketing collateral as required.·      Conduct conversion outreach through calls, messages, and emails.·      Organise, plan, and prioritise personal workload and, where appropriate, coordinate the work of others to meet Faculty or Service objectives.·      Respond constructively to feedback and continuously improve processes to meet stakeholder expectations.·      Demonstrate adaptability and a positive approach to change in support of evolving University needs.·      Assess applications and provide decisions in line with university entry requirements.·      Undertake any other duties commensurate with the scope and level of the role.Experience & QualificationsEssential:·      Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences, with the ability to tailor messaging appropriately.·      Experience engaging prospective students through calls, messages, and email outreach.·      Experience developing social media creatives and digital marketing content.·      Experience assessing applications and making admissions decisions.·      Strong understanding of credibility checks and risk assessment in student recruitment.·      Ability to work from a remote set up.Desirable:·      Prior experience working in international recruitment for a UK university.·      Master’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience of 10 years·      UK graduates will be preferred.Skills & Competencies·      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.·      Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem‑solving abilities.·      Ability to work effectively in a target‑driven environment and manage pressure.·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and design tools such as Canva and Adobe.·      Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a results‑oriented team.·      Flexible, committed, and self‑motivated.How to ApplyTo be considered for this role, please send your CV, introduction letter, and salary expectations to:
