The role plays a pivotal part in driving enterprise-wide transformation across people strategy, culture, and leadership to support sustainable growth and organisational excellence. Key Responsibility Areas:· Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and board, ensuring HR strategy directly supports overall business objectives and growth across all business lines· Spearheading DE&I strategies and enhancing an inclusive workplace culture that harnesses the power and perspectives of a diverse global workforce· Integrate DE&I principles across the entire talent lifecycle – while improving workforce representation through measurable goals, inclusive policies, and data-driven interventions· Shaping the organisational culture and driving large-scale change management and transformation initiatives, particularly driving digital and AI integration· Lead and drive organisational design initiatives that optimise productivity, strengthen operational efficiency and enhance overall organisation performance· Mentor and Coach HR leaders across business units to embed a leadership development framework aligned with the needs of a diversified, multi-business enterprise· Lead HR due diligence for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, ensuring international market entry and scaling with robust people, governance and compliance frameworks· Define and lead a future-focused learning and development strategy aligned with business priorities, ensuring continuous upskilling and reskilling of the workforce· Identify critical future skills and design targeted programs to build digital, functional and leadership capabilities for the organisation· Strengthen group-wide HR governance policies and compliance frameworks Ideal candidate will have:· 20 + Years of experience, preferably in Consumer retail · MBA in HR from Tier 1 (essential)· B. Tech in ECE/CS (preferred)· Proven track record of implementing and optimising multi-level HR practices, transformation journeys, change management and organisational design initiatives· Some experience in organisational consulting at a top-tier management consulting firm· Role demands a leader who has operated at scale, complexity and velocity, with proven exposure to M&A, international expansion and group-wide governance· Should have been in a CHRO or Deputy CHRO for a period of 3 to 4 years Location: Gurgaon(Preferably, the candidate should be based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate to Gurgaon)Time Line for Joining: ImmediateWho should apply?
