Title: US Payroll SpecialistJob Location: Mumbai/HyderabadWorking hours – 7.30 pm IST to 3.30 am ISTYears of exp – 5+ yearsPayroll Specialist will assist with entering and uploading payroll data in the pay grid and downloading timesheets and verifying with Managers for accuracy. They will assist with maintaining payroll records and audits. They will pull reports for finance and audit-related material when needed. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and knowledgeable about payroll best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in biweekly data entry and uploading payroll data into the pay grid for all employees accurately and on schedule.Review and verify timekeeping records, work hours, wage calculations, and deductions.Maintain and update employee payroll information, including new hires, terminations, salary adjustments, and benefit deductions.Coordinate with HR and Finance departments to ensure accurate employee data and benefit deductions.Respond to employee inquiries related to payrollSupport internal and external audits related to payroll processes and records.Continuously improve payroll processes and recommend best practices for efficiency and accuracy.
