Role : Physiotherapy TL – Homecare & Clinic, GurgaonLocation : GurgaonDepartment : Homecare MedantaKey Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of homecare and clinic physiotherapy servicesPlan and Mange rosters, shifts, leave planning, and replacementsEnsure optimal therapist utilization and service continuityHandle patient, therapist, and doctor escalationsCoordinate with OCC, billing, sales, and operations teamsMeet, coordinate, and act as the key liaison with hospital doctors and clinical staff for patient discussions, therapy planning, referrals, and treatment alignmentEnsure adherence to clinical protocols, documentation, and quality standardsConduct clinic and field visits to monitor service quality and therapist performanceEnsure compliance with clinical SOPs and safety guidelinesSupport internal audits, clinical reviews, and compliance checksPrepare and share regular MIS and reports on operations, utilization, escalations, and performanceSupport onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of physiotherapy staffEnsuring Physiotherapy Documentation complianceEligibility & Experience:BPT – Mandatory | MPT – Preferred7–10 years of experience in hospital and/or homecare physiotherapyStrong Clinical judgementPrior experience in team handling is preferredAbility to work with multidisciplinary clinical teams
