We're dedicated to creating a positive impact globally, and we're looking for talented individuals to join our team.About the RoleManager is responsible for providing direction and support for all EH&S activities, including implementation, monitoring, and review of C&W compliance/performance.ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and governance of EH&S programs across U.S. Asset Services sitesChampion a strong, visible safety culture and effectively communicate EH&S expectations and operating philosophiesIdentify potential hazards and loss exposures; assess risk and develop corrective and preventive action plansDevelop, maintain, and deploy Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for safe work practices and equipmentCoordinate regulatory inspections and audits; ensure prompt closure of findings and deficiencies.Partner with Regional Engineering Leaders and site management on monthly safety inspections and compliance activitiesMaintain EH&S documentation, permits, and records in accordance with OSHA and regulatory requirementsInvestigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; conduct field audits and ensure corrective actions are implementedSupport Workers’ Compensation claim management, investigations, and return‑to‑work initiativesCollaborate with WC Program Managers and benefits teams on injury management and rehabilitationEnsure compliance with EH&S recordkeeping requirements, including training, auditing, medical, and OSHA documentationParticipate in site inspections and third‑party audits to verify compliance with federal, state, and local regulationsDevelop and maintain an online safety training platform aligned with industry standards and OSHA requirementsCollaborate with global and cross‑functional EH&S teams to implement enterprise‑wide initiativesSupport sites in developing Emergency Procedures and Tenant Emergency Procedures manualsDevelop standards and processes for common environmental issues in commercial buildings, including:Asbestos managementFuel oil storage tanksIndoor air qualityMold remediationWater intrusionParticipate in new business pursuits and presentations to address EH&S considerationsTravel regularly to sites, corporate offices, and management offices as requiredQualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline (preferred)Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in Environmental Health & SafetyProven success managing EH&S programs across multiple sites or portfoliosStrong working knowledge of U.S. OSHA regulations and OH&S legislationRequired SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent organizational and time‑management abilitiesRisk assessment, investigation, and auditing expertiseAnalytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to influence and engage stakeholders at all levelsHigh level of initiative and accountabilityPreferred SkillsCertifications (Preferred): Certified Safety Professional (CSP)Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH)
