Responsibilities include performing blood collection and ensuring correct labeling and proper storage of samples, maintaining lab equipment, adhering strictly to medical and safety protocols, and assisting medical personnel as needed. The Phlebotomist will also be responsible for maintaining accurate patient records and providing patient care in a professional and compassionate manner.QualificationsProficiency in Blood Collection and Laboratory SkillsKnowledge of Medical Terminology and Medical Assisting techniquesBasic understanding of Medicine and its practical applications in diagnosticsStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient comfortAttention to detail and ability to strictly follow safety and hygiene protocolsHigh school diploma or equivalent; certification in phlebotomy is requiredExperience in a clinical or laboratory setting is an advantage
