Responsibilities:Create New Packaging designs/PrototypesDevelop prototype packaging material Support the Packaging Development at factory level. Conducting fitment trials. Testing and validation of new productsConduct testing of new packaging materials as per protocols Carry out validation activities for the developed packaging materialScale up of Prototype for commercial production Coordinating with internal stakeholders in scaling up the pilot designs with detailed protocolsWork with manufacturing team to execute the scale up protocolsKeeping track of packaging material ordered for packing trials. Keeping track of ongoing packaging trials. Good Laboratory PracticesEnsure all laboratory equipment remain in working condition with acceptable level of calibration meeting both internal and external standardsMaintain ATFL safety standards in the laboratory for ensuring safety of equipment and personnelDocumentation/MISMaintain documentation of all the packaging trials and protocols developed during the packaging material testing to be accessible at all times for scrutinyMaintain records of Packaging material specifications.
