About the RoleWe’re building in the daily-meals / food-tech space. This role is for a smart generalist who thrives in ambiguity, loves execution, and wants to build with the founder — not work for one.As the Operating Partner, you’ll be the founder’s second brain and second pair of hands. You’ll turn ideas into action, chaos into systems, and plans into on-ground reality.This is a 0→1 role. If you need structure handed to you, this isn’t for you. It’s for an operator who wants to bet on themselves, take real responsibility, and grow into a long-term operating leader / partner as the company scales.What You’ll DoFounder’s execution arm: Translate vision and discussions into clear plans; break ambiguous problems into tasks, owners, and timelines; ensure ruthless follow-through.Operations & program management: Own day-to-day execution across ops, vendors, pilots, and internal processes; run weekly reviews; build lightweight SOPs, dashboards, and rhythms.Cross-functional glue: Coordinate across vendors, partners, freelancers, and early hires; ensure alignment across product, ops, finance, and growth.On-ground problem solving: Handle real-world issues — delays, misses, breakdowns; step in wherever needed and make decisions with incomplete information.Founder leverage: Take ownership of projects so the founder can focus on strategy, hiring, and fundraising; act as a thinking partner, not just an executor.Who You AreHands-on and comfortable being on the ground, driving execution end-to-endCurious and learning-oriented; you adapt quickly as things evolveComfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environmentsClear communicator with strong follow-through and ownershipBonus: early-stage startup experience, exposure to food/logistics, obsession with systems.This Role Is NotA 9–5, 5 days a week jobA pure strategy or presentation roleA role with fixed boundaries
