We’re Hiring – EUC / L2 Support EngineerExperience Required: 7+ Years Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced End User Computing (EUC) / L2 Support Engineer to provide strong technical support for enterprise end-user environments.The role focuses on desktop support, endpoint management, and user assistance through calls and tickets, ensuring smooth IT operations and SLA adherence. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L2 support for laptops, desktops, printers, and peripheralsHandle user calls, remote support sessions, and ticket resolutionTroubleshoot Windows OS, application, and performance issuesManage SCCM / Intune for software deployment, patching, and updatesSupport Active Directory, user accounts, and Group Policy issuesSupport Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)Ensure timely communication, incident resolution, and SLA complianceCoordinate with L3 teams for escalated issuesPreferred Exposure (Good to Have)Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, VPN, ports)Awareness of Windows/Linux serversExposure to VMware / virtualization environmentsUnderstanding of security tools (AV, EDR, MFA)Basic knowledge of Azure / cloud supportExperience with ITIL, ServiceNow / JiraRequired Skills7+ years of experience in EUC / L2 Desktop SupportStrong call handling and customer interaction skills (mandatory)Strong knowledge of Windows OS troubleshootingMicrosoft 365 support experienceGood communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in rotational shifts
