You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and other architects, to translate strategic goals into technical roadmaps and executable solutions.Your Responsibilities:Challenge Resolution: Leverage your proven track record to identify and resolve critical technical challenges with innovative and effective solutions. Prioritize collaborating directly with key stakeholders to develop long-term strategies instead of resorting to temporary workarounds.Technical Expertise: Possess hands-on experience in modern technologies like Java (Spring Boot), Node.js (Express.js), and a UI framework like React.js or Vue.js. Proficiency in utilizing messaging brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ) and streaming processing technologies (Apache Spark) is highly desirable.Database Mastery: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of diverse databases including Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, along with expertise in NoSQL options like MongoDB, Cassandra, and Couchbase. Entity modeling proficiency is essential.Architectural Acumen: Possess proven experience in architecting solutions across all layers, including technical, integration, data, and application architecture. Your experience should encompass multi-country implementations and collaboration with geographically dispersed teams.Hybrid Expertise: Architect and design solutions that seamlessly integrate legacy COTS and homegrown applications with modern microservices, utilizing open-source technologies.Innovation Champion: Lead the development and implementation of technology prototypes, proof of concepts, and reference implementations for exploring new technologies and staying ahead of the curve.Containerization Savvy: Hands-on experience architecting, designing, and implementing microservices solutions leveraging container-based technologies like Docker, Swarm, Compose, and Kubernetes.Strategic Vision: Demonstrate strong strategic thinking abilities and an enterprise-wide perspective, ensuring your solutions align with business objectives and long-term goals.Execution Excellence: Set ambitious yet achievable goals and meticulously execute on them through well-defined plans and actions.
