This role requires strong hands-on development skills, deep AWS expertise, and proven technical leadership to drive projects from concept through production.As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for system architecture, secure development practices, AI integration, CI/CD oversight, and mentoring engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions within the AWS ecosystem.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & System DesignTake full ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and technical excellenceDesign scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures aligned with the AWS Well-Architected FrameworkTranslate product and business requirements into detailed technical designs, user stories, and engineering tasksAct as the technical decision-maker, guiding architecture, tooling, and implementation approachesDevelopment & Quality AssuranceContribute hands-on to full stack development:Frontend: Flutter or ReactBackend: Python microservices (Django, Flask, FastAPI)Enforce secure coding practices and proactively identify, assess, and remediate vulnerabilitiesConduct rigorous code reviews ensuring adherence to best practices, performance standards, and maintainabilityDrive continuous improvements in code quality, performance, and system reliabilityTeam Leadership, DevOps & AI IntegrationMentor and guide engineers, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a collaborative, high-performance team cultureOversee release management and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments on AWSLead and guide the integration of AI/ML models into applications to enhance functionality and user engagementCollaborate with DevOps, Security, and Architecture teams to ensure compliance and operational excellenceRequired Skills & ExperienceExperience & Technical Expertise6–8+ years of overall software development experience4+ years of hands-on Python development2+ years in a technical lead or senior engineering roleTechnical SkillsFrontend: Flutter or ReactBackend: Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI)Experience designing and building RESTful APIs and microservicesStrong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases, data modeling, and performance optimizationStrong understanding of cloud-native architectures and AWS servicesExperience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production deployments
