When it has to be right, it has to be Hexagon.Skills/Knowledge : Basic electronics troubleshootingBasic computer operation and understanding of network communicationStrong communication skills (English, Hindi, and preferably any South Indian language)Hands-on experience with network monitoring and incident-management tools will be an added advantage Responsibilities:-Daily monitoring of CORS sitesRemote troubleshooting of network connectivity issuesArranging local support if a site is not restored through remote troubleshootingTroubleshooting solar and raw power issues, GNSS receiver, VPN router, GNSS antenna, and earthing issues with the help of local supportEnsuring data from each CORS site is backed up to the FTP location at the Control Center and that the receiver’s local storage never becomes fullPreparing daily call logs for CORS site issuesLogging calls with broadband ISPs and resolving mobile SIM-related issuesArranging spares for problematic sites, performing configuration before dispatch, and managing return of faulty units from sitesTroubleshooting faulty equipment received from sites and coordinating repairs with respective vendors/OEMsCoordinating and thoroughly inspecting preventive maintenance work carried out by third-party contractorsNote: Stipend Available
