What you'll doRun paid acquisition across Meta, Google, and emerging channelsOwn the funnel from ad to install to activation to retentionDesign and ship growth experiments end to endBuild the content and SEO engine across blog, App Store, and socialTrack and report growth metrics, with a focus on what actually moves the needleWork on lifecycle, referral, and community-led growth loopsWork directly with the founder on go-to-market strategy and executionWho we're looking forMarketing, growth, business, or related backgrounds. MBA, BBA, BMS, or equivalent degrees welcome. Recent grads with strong internship experience, or 1-3 years of full-time experience in growth, marketing, or startups.Hands-on experience with at least some of: paid ads (Meta, Google), funnel analytics, A/B testing, SEO, App Store Optimization, content marketing, email and lifecycle marketing, or community building. Comfort with data, dashboards, and quick experimentation.
