Responsibilities: Assist Seniors, Managers and Partners in conducting financial due diligence on middle market companies in a variety of industriesConduct analytical reviews of data and prepare findingsCreate draft reports for management review Experience in data reporting, management and Databooks Research issues that arise during the course of engagementQualifications: Bachelor’s/master’s degree in accounting or business or certified Chartered Accountant (ACA) Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Transaction Advisory Services or Assurance or related fieldAbility to work effectively both as part of a team and independently Creative problem solving, critical thinking and research skills Highly motivated and takes initiative for professional growth and developmentOutstanding organization and project management skillsAbility to take direction, and exercise sound judgment, tact and diplomacyStrong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skillsAble to handle multiple priorities, tasks and simultaneous projects Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
