Key responsibilities include assisting customers with training administration issues, providing scheduling options, gathering additional information, and performing case analysis. The role also requires generating daily and weekly reports using Microsoft Excel and managing training activities within a Learning Management System (LMS).Responsibilities:Provide 24/5 training administration support to customers in various regions.Assist customers via email with issues related to training administration.Offer training scheduling options and resolve issues efficiently.Gather relevant details and perform a detailed case analysis.Document cases in the system and generate tickets.Generate daily/weekly reports in Microsoft Excel.Manage training activities on the Learning Management System.Qualifications:Graduate degree (B.A. , BBA, BHM, B.Sc., BCA).Candidates with a B.Tech (Mech/Biotech) or a Distance P.G. can also apply.BE/MCA are not eligible, but PGDM holders can apply.Working knowledge of computers is required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.Willingness to work night shifts (Night Allowances provided).Preferred Skills:Strong communication skills (written & verbal).Experience in customer service or support.Basic knowledge of Excel.Perks & Benefits:Cab facilities provided both ways, free of charge (subject to hiring zone location).
