Job Title: Mendix Technical LeadLocation: Gurugram, and BangaloreJob Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mendix Workflow Solution Lead with strong expertise in workflow automation, enterprise integrations, governance, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution delivery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder workshops, and translate business needs into Mendix-based workflow solutions.Design, develop, and govern Mendix workflow applications aligned with enterprise standards and best practices.Collaborate with the Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), Enterprise Architecture (EA), developers, and cross-functional IT teams.Enforce code reviews, governance controls, authentication, authorization, and security best practices.Support and implement system integrations (REST APIs, events, queues) and resolve technical constraints.Oversee testing, UAT, and quality assurance processes to ensure solutions meet business requirements.Drive project delivery, documentation, mentoring, and change management initiatives.Ensure compliance with low-code governance and enterprise technology standards.Technical Skills – MandatoryMendix PlatformMendix Workflow Solution Expert / Intermediate CertificationStrong hands-on experience in workflow design, configuration, and optimization within MendixExperience with Mendix governance, tollgates, and best practicesAbility to perform Java code reviews within Mendix applicationsWorkflow & AutomationStrong understanding of workflow automation concepts (process orchestration, rules engines, human tasks)Experience delivering workflow-driven enterprise solutionsIntegration & SecurityHands-on experience with REST APIs and system integrationsKnowledge of authentication & authorization (RBAC, identity management)Working knowledge of application security concepts and secure coding practicesDevOps & InfrastructureExperience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub workflows, and DevOps processesUnderstanding of server infrastructure and enterprise technology governance
