Project Manager

What will you do?Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.Analyze existing processes, systems, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and actionable plans.Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks.Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure timely delivery against milestones.Conduct regular status meetings, prepare reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders.Monitor project execution, track progress, and address deviations from planned outcomes.Proactively identify risks, escalate critical issues, and drive resolution.Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.Support continuous improvement by participating in post-project reviews and lessons-learned sessions.What will you need?Must have skillsStrong foundation in business analysis and requirements gathering.Ability to translate requirements into clear specifications and documentation.Experience in developing and executing project plans.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Eye for detail and problem-solving ability.Willingness to work in a 24×7 global environment, ensuring flexibility to support business continuity and client needs across time zones.Good to have skillsCertifications such as CAPM, Prince2 Foundation, or CSM (ScrumMaster).Experience with large-scale process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with enterprise reporting/dashboarding tools (Power BI, Tableau).Understanding of multi-locale/global delivery models.Certification in operations management, Agile, or Six Sigma.
