Title: Affordability Partnerships LeadLocation: Gurgaon (In-office)Duration: Full-timeCompensation: No bar for the right fit About us1Fi is a next-generation affordability platform that enables brands to offer the longest and most affordable no-cost EMIs at the point of sale, backed by customers’ mutual fund holdings as collateral.We are creating a completely new category by combining the robustness of Loan Against Securities with the simplicity of modern checkout financing. We are building at the intersection of fintech, lending, capital markets, and commerce.Role overviewWe are looking for someone to lead and scale OEM partnerships for 1Fi’s affordability solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with the leading brands and manufacturers (consumer electronics, durables, EVs, travel, education, etc.) to integrate 1Fi’s secured EMI offering at the point of sale.This is a high-ownership role focused on revenue growth, strategic partnerships, and category expansion.Key Responsibilities·       Identify and onboard OEMs and large brands for 1Fi checkout financing·       Build and manage CXO-level relationships·       Structure commercial deals (MDR, subvention, platform fees, etc.)·       Work closely with product and lender teams to enable seamless integrations·       Drive GTM strategy for new categories and merchants·       Own revenue targets and partnership P&LRequirements Must Have• Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, or payment gateway ecosystem• Strong understanding of affordability/lending/checkout financing / EMI ecosystem• Experience in partnerships, business development, or OEM alliances• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills• Ability to structure win-win deals• Excellent communication and stakeholder management• High ownership mindsetGood to Have• Relationships with consumer brands / OEMs• Understanding of MDR economics and subvention models• Experience working with cross-functional teams (product, tech, ops)Why should you join us?You will be at the forefront of building a new affordability category in India.
