Job Title: Sr. Manager/Manager - OperationsLocation: Gurugram (Hybrid)We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Manager / Senior Manager with a strong Life Insurance and Annuity background to lead teams, drive service excellence, and manage complex financial operations within a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage team leads and associates supporting Life Insurance and Annuity operationsDrive performance through goal setting, feedback, and formal performance reviewsOwn daily operational delivery, SLAs, quality, and risk controls for financial transactionsAct as the escalation point for complex client, agent, and distributor issuesPartner with IT, Compliance, Product, and Operations to improve systems and workflowsIdentify risks and implement process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiencyRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or 10+ years of combined financial services experience2+ years of people management experience in a financial services environmentStrong Life Insurance and Annuity operations experience (required)Solid financial domain knowledge, including regulations and transactional risk managementHands-on experience with redemptions, exchanges, RMDs, systematics, and complex service transactionsExperience across annuity administration, life insurance administration, new business, or customer serviceExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsLooking forward to discussing this opportunity with you!
