About the RoleThe GTM Manager will help shape and execute the go-to-market motion for LoglineAI. The company operates at the intersection of AI-enabled content services (shots, sequences, campaigns, episodic work) and platform/tooling being built for studios, agencies, and brands.This role sits close to the founder and product team and focuses on turning strategy into execution—helping define target segments, sharpen positioning, build pipeline, and convert early traction into repeatable revenue.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute GTM initiatives across LoglineAI’s AI-powered studio services and emerging tools / OS offerings.Support definition of ICPs and priority segments (studios, streamers, production houses, agencies, large brands).Translate product capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and sales narratives.Drive outbound and inbound growth efforts, including:Targeted outbound and account researchFounder-led sales supportContent, case studies, talks, events, and partnershipsRun and learn from growth experiments across channels, pricing inputs, packaging, and bundling.Act as the voice of the customer, bringing structured market feedback to product and engineering teams.Track and report on pipeline, conversion metrics, deal velocity, and early unit economics.Collaborate closely with leadership to refine and scale GTM playbooks.Requirements4–5 years of experience in GTM, growth, business development, or marketing roles within: B2B SaaS, Creative / production agencies, Media, entertainment, or content-tech ecosystemsHands-on experience executing early-stage GTM motions across outbound, inbound, or partnerships.Exposure to selling or marketing into studios, agencies, or large brands is strongly preferred.Experience working with international markets or global clients (US / EU / APAC) is highly preferred.Ability to articulate complex products or workflows clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ideal Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate has worked closely with founders, sales leaders, or product teams in a high-growth or early-stage setup.
