Some notable names are Ola Electric,Urban Company, Maruti Suzuki, Bosch, V-guard, Luminous, Phone pe, Escorts Kubota,Napino, etc.We are the largest B2B Electronics development and manufacturing platformof its kind, having more than 3000 global Electronics manufacturers and suppliers on ourplatform.About the role:We’re looking for a hands-on People & HR leader to manage day-to-day people operations, support hiring, run performance processes, and strengthen employee experience in a fast-growing startup environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a visible point of contact and ambassador for Elecbits, creating a positive employee and candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, confirmations, internal movements, and exits.Run performance management cycles including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and improvement plans.Support Talent Acquisition operations by coordinating with hiring managers and TA teams for timely closures.Ensure smooth candidate-to-employee transition and onboarding readiness.Drive employee engagement initiatives such as floor connects, R&R programs, team activities, and pulse surveys.Address employee queries, basic employee relations, and conflict resolution matters.Ensure compliance with HR policies and Indian labor laws (POSH, PF/ESIC, Shops & Establishments, etc.).Maintain HR data, MIS reports, and dashboards (attrition, hiring status, internal movements).Work closely with Finance, Legal, Admin, and TA teams for smooth HR operations.Support managers with practical guidance on people management and team issues.Drive adoption of HRMS and HR process improvements.What We’re Looking For- Master’s degree in Human Resources (mandatory).5–8 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.Experience supporting hiring and recruitment operations.Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and compliance.Experience with HRMS tools and digital HR processes.Strong execution skills, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.Good communication skills and high empathy.What makes Elecbits a great place to work:We believe electronics is more than a field—it's the foundation of the future.
