Headquartered in Gurugram, the company is dedicated to empowering young creators and sparking change through creativity and collaboration.Role DescriptionThe Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with potential sponsors and partners. Key duties include developing sponsorship sales strategies, creating compelling sponsorship proposals, pitching ideas to potential sponsors, and ensuring the smooth activation and execution of sponsorship agreements at events. In addition, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure sponsor requirements are met and the overall success of events is achieved. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.QualificationsProven skills in Sponsorship Sales and Sales to secure partners and sponsorships for events.Excellent Communication skills to convey ideas effectively and build strong relationships with sponsors and partners.Strong abilities in Sponsorship Activation and Event Management, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables and event planning.Proactive approach to problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational prowess.Experience in similar roles within event management or the entertainment industry is highly beneficial.Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and collaborate with a cross-functional team.
